Are the meals healthy?

Absolutely! At Fit Prep, our slogan says it all: Healthy, Fresh, Tasty. Our meals are carefully crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients, with balanced portions and wholesome recipes designed to support your health goals without compromising on flavor.

Do you provide macros?

Yes, all of our meals come listed with ingredients, macronutrients, and allergens.

Is there a minimum number of meals for delivery?

Yes, we require a 5 meal minimum for delivery

How does it work?

1. Order a meal pack/subscription and select your meals.

2. We prep, cook, and deliver your meals to your door

3. You reheat & enjoy!

Do you have a reward/ referral program?

Yes! We give 3% cashback in store credit per order. Lookout for double reward promos!

You can also refer a friend and you both receive $15 in store credit. You can find your referal link in your account profile on our website

Delivery/Pick-Up Questions

Do you deliver to my area?

Our main delivery areas are Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, and Howard County. You can also use our zip code checker on our homepage to see if we deliver to you.

When will I receive my meals?

Our Sunday delivery window is between 2:30 and 8:30 p.m. During this window, you will receive a text notification with a tracking link and an estimated delivery time. You will also receive a text message once your meals have been delivered. Our drivers do not call you to confirm your delivery. Instead, you will receive an automated text once your meals have been left per your instructions.

I wont be home, will my meals stay cool?

If you won't be home to receive your delivery, please leave a visible cooler for our driver to place your meals in. Additionally, if you live in an apartment complex with a fridge, ensure you provide the necessary access details in your delivery instructions. We are not responsible for your meals sitting out for hours or going bad because you were not home to receive them.

What if i have an allergy?

We prepare a diverse range of meals in a facility that includes nuts and shellfish. If you have allergies, please check the nutritional labels on each meal to understand the ingredients.

Can I make special requests for my meals?

Unfortunately we do not accomodate special requests such as but not limited to (no cheese, no cilantro, no beans)

What is the shelf life of my meals?

Our meals are made with only fresh ingredients and have a shelf life of 5-6 days when stored in the refrigerator at or below 40°F. For maximum freshness and extended storage, they can also be frozen for up to 2 months.

How do you source your food?

We take pride in providing high-quality ingredients, utilizing sustainably sourced seafood and poultry that are free from hormones and antibiotics. Additionally, we incorporate local and organic vegetables whenever they are available.

Are your meals frozen?

No, we prepare everything from scratch every week. We do not freeze our meals

How do I reheat my meals?

Reheat your meals according to the instructions on your packaging. Microwave your meals for 2-3 minutes or until the temperature is 165F. 

Note: Times may vary depending on your microwave.

Subscription Related Questions

Do I have to subscribe?

NO. You can make a one time order. We only recommend subscriptions if you are sold on our service, need meal prep weekly, and would like to save money along the way.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged weekly on the day of your delivery. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time under the "MY SUBSCRIPTION" tab on our website. 

How will i select my meals?

You can select your meals under the "MY SUBSCRIPTION" tab on our website

I don't like the auto selected meals, can i change them?

No, you have until midnight Thursday to select your meals before our system auto-selects your meals. Please make sure you set some time aside to select your meals. We will also send out a reminder letting you know you still have some time to select your meals.

Can I pause my subscription to avoid the next charge?

Yes, you can pause your subscription. Please do so before the renewal date. You can pause your subscription indefinitely or for up to 1 month. Subscriptions will automatically unpause if you choose a time frame for it to be paused, and you will be charged. All charges are non-refundable.
